The Woodchip Saver or Pellet Saver is a sticker a few centimeters long and wide, which is stuck on the conveyor shaft or on the storage box of the wood. It increases the burning efficiency of the wood or pellets/chips.
The sticker acts as an information carrier and changes the molecular structure of the wood, thus optimizing the combustion process for all types of wood. The sticker is a vibration carrier that energizes the wood in such a way that it is broken down into ionized gas chains during combustion, resulting in improved combustion and thus less toxic exhaust gases. So to speak "homeopathy for your wood".

In the case of wood, we are dealing with long-chain hydrocarbons, which not only contain C-H bonds but also C-C (shown in black) bonds. At the C-C bonds can not attach oxygen O can attach to the C-C bonds, so these bonds are found in the exhaust gas as soot (carbon). The "Woodchip-Saver" splits the C-C bonds in the fuel and the two C-atoms can now form additional bonds with the oxygen O in the ambient air. The additional bonds with the oxygen O lead to an increased gas content and therefore increase the combustion performance of the Wood.

Pellet heating- Woodpower: Clear evidence for longer combustion time

Hello Mr. Bieder,

On 26.11.2016 we have stuck the Woodsaver (hologram) on the delivery channel of our Fröling heating system. The comparison picture of the ash after the first month of use shows how strong the proportion of pellets that were not burned completely was.

I reduced the conveying speed from 7 to 5% on your recommendation in January. The plant has continued to work well as usual without heat loss.

The average annual consumption of 30t with an operating area of 1100m2 was not exceeded in the 2016/17 heating period despite a higher proportion of days with sub-zero temperatures (In Wallersee, the winter of 2016/2017 had 12% more heating degree days than the winter of 2015/2016).
In 2017/18, the conveying rate will be reduced again, glowing residues will still end up in the ash pan, which will remain unused. I am already curious how consumption develops in the second year over the entire heating period without energy loss.

Change in wood heating for piece goods -Improved combustion

At the presentation in the municipality of Petzenkirchen I got to know the technology of NewGeneration Bio and their products and spontaneously decided to buy the Wood Saving Hologram and put it into operation the same day.

On the recommendation of Mr. Bieder, I put the sticker on the bottom of my chest of drawers, where my daily supply of logs is stored.
After one week, the following parameters have changed on the display of my heating System.

After 2 weeks, again an improvement in efficiency!

The efficiency has increased from 91 to 93% and the residual oxygen from 4 to 6.5% -.
The CO value has dropped from 16 to 13.9% and the flue gas temperature from 200 to 150 degrees.

Visually, the change in the flame is particularly visible, it has changed from its original shape high and orange to red to small to barely visible and bright.

About an effective consumption savings I can not yet report, I think that will then show the complete heating period!

Change in wood (pellets, logs. etc) after 1 week

Hello Mr. Renner,

I was with Knut Erdtmann and together we burned both the untreated and treated wood in his heating System.

Material:
sawn disposable pallet, i.e. pine board, same length - width u. height. The difference was significant! The n-g treated wood (WS-Saver applied to all 5 sides of the box) burned much longer and with a high proportion of blue flames after 7 days in the box.

When no more flames came out of the untreated wood, but only embers were present, the treated board on the other side of the combustion chamber burned approximately only half of the material.

We then repeated the test several times in reverse to rule out the possibility that the improved burning effect was caused by draught, more initial embers or similar. However, the result remained the same.

Further results of the wood saver:

not as "dusty" as before
Smoke and odor formation is reduced

The nails and staples are now metallically pure (which in my opinion indicates a hotter flame, or combustion). They can be effortlessly removed from the ash with a magnet, without -as before- ash sticking to them.

Woodsaver (Woodpower) saves more than 20% pellets

Mr. Karl Grassel from Sitzenberg-Reidling/NÖ, has installed our Woodsaver at the feed shaft of his 11 years old Gilles pellet heating system with 6KW. Within one week he had to reduce the feed rate from 11 to 4% while keeping the heat production the same. At 11% feed, there were lots of unburned pellets in the ash pan, so he gradually reduced the feed from his pellet storage room until there was only pure ash in the pan. The service man from Gilles was of the opinion, based on his experience, that the heating capacity of the system could no longer be sufficient at these feed values ! (He would normally be right about this, but not with the wood saver). However, the pellets gain calorific value due to the energy increase of our product, so that a much lower feed value can be used. The ash has also become a much lighter color.

Mr. Grassel will report on the effective savings potential at the end of the heating season, his annual long-term consumption is 8000kg, according to his conservative estimates he expects a reduction of up to 25% (2000kg).

Improved wood combustion, 50% savings

Dear Mr. Renner,

4 WOODPOWER stickers of your company came quite in time. We run a 12 ha organic farm here in the sunny Algarve. We also have a large stand of ancient olive trees and cork oaks. The olive trees need rejuvenation pruning every now and then, which gives us good firewood.

Since I turned 76 this year I am grateful for any relief. All of our 5 different STIHL chainsaws, tractor, various motor mowers, brush cutters, witchers, jeep and even our new motor home are equipped with BE FUELSAVERN, which saves us a lot of fuel and the smoke emission is almost zero. Our Landrover had an emission value of 1.46 and today after 2 years only a value of 0.02. The people at the local TUIV / here IPO could not believe it and thought the measuring device was defective. Today all employees there have a Fuelsaver in their vehicles and are very happy. Of course, the savings vary depending on the vehicle and age. Those who come to Portugal from the north tend to think about installing air conditioning and not heating. Thank goodness we had a basic furnace with heat exchanger installed and the first in the Algarve to have a wall heater installed. I can recommend this to everyone. There is nothing better. You can work with an operating temperature around 36 degrees and have a great indoor climate. We have restored a 200 year old Quinta with 80cm thick stone/clay walls.there is nothing better. "We have fireplaces as an additional luxury for the ambience. There must be quite a bit of firewood together.

I was skeptical about the difference the WOODPOWER stickers made in my life from late October to April. Our 900 LITER boiler went from about 35 degrees to about 50 degrees in less than half the time than usual. AND WHAT IS HARD TO BELIEVE; WE USE NEARLY HALF less firewood and have hardly any ash, which the chickens and garden are not so happy about, but I am all the happier for it. We were going to buy more wood for this winter, which is no longer necessary. We saved a lot of money there. Firewood is almost twice as expensive here as in Germany. Thank you again and we will send you a box of organic navel oranges as a thank you in early January. You can't buy anything like that in the north. Sun-ripened. For your understanding, I would like to mention what the temperatures are like here between the end of October and April. At night it can get to a few degrees below zero and still during the day between 15 and 25 degrees, depending on location. We have Zwar a 6 panele solar heater, which is just for our heating water and some preheat and that's it.

Am Anfang skeptisch, abe neugierig. Das ding funktioniert, alle Daten aufgeschrieben und 10 Tage später wieder verglichen im Moment 10 -12% einsparrung ( eifach Geil).
Der Ofen leuft bei mir auf Stufe 5 ( 50% ) auf der Stufe höchste Temperatur was habe ich erreicht war 445° jetzt 10 Tage nach dem Einbau liegt sie bei 485°-490° bei Pellets mitleren Wert ( Pellets auch starker Faktor nicht alle gleich) Asche von Schwarz Grau auf Grau Weiss. Warten wir noch ab da ist noch mehr drin.
Ich habe auch noch der Pad fürs Kühlschrank das hat gdauert ca 4 Monate bis zu vollen wirkung,
