Installation & Application

Attach the BIO-ENERGETIC-OILSAVER with a cable tie to a thin-walled part of the supply line to the oil burner. Installation directly in or on the oil filter is ideal, if available.

Pro Tip for Maximum Savings:
We recommend having the burner readjusted (throttling the air supply) after approximately 6-8 weeks. The oil nozzle diameter may also be reduced by 0.3 – 0.5 mm to optimally adapt the system to the improved combustion conditions.

Measurable Optimization

This measurement clearly shows: The efficiency increases, while the exhaust gas temperature decreases. The CO (carbon monoxide) value also significantly drops. Due to the resulting excess air, the system can be perfectly readjusted after a break-in period of 6-8 weeks.

Significant 87% Exhaust Gas Reduction

In November 2017, the BE-Oil Saver was installed in an Olymp oil heating system (year of manufacture 2004). The result was impressive:

Carbon Monoxide: 39 mg/m³ ➔ 5 mg/m³ (87% Reduction)
